Description
Drawstring hood and popper neck fastenings with a double press-stud fastening on each side, allowing the wearer to open up the cape and lay it flat so it doubles as a useful groundsheet. Carry case, with drawstring handle.Printing Instructions: Can be decorated using screen printing inks, but always without direct heat.
